Arm Triangle Choke
Head-and-arm strangle with trapped arm against neck. Mechanical Elements: - Bring the strangle-side elbow as far behind the opponent’s neck as possible. - Place the strangle-side hand on top/front of the opponent’s shoulder, staying as close to the shoulder as possible. - Keep your forehead or temple connected to the opponent’s temple. - Drop and keep your strangle-side shoulder below the opponent’s chin. - Do not drive straight forward. Drive in the direction the opponent’s elbow is pointing. - Generate strangling pressure by pulling your elbow back. - Block the opponent’s hips with your near knee and sprawl.
