Follow-through Principle

In order to be efficient when transferring energy—force or movement—we cannot stop at the point of contact, for example, at the break. Instead, we need to follow through long enough. We need to set our breaking configurations and prerequisites so that, after we break a limb or the opponent taps, we still have a long range of motion available to complete the movement.
